How do I win?
- Simply fill out the form with your information. We will pick a winner and let you know by text and phone call.

Do you ask for payment info when I sign up?
- NO! We never ask for any kind of payment info. If you ever see any contest that says it's from us but asks for your credit card or some other form of payment, it is NOT from us. Please inform us of that so we can have it taken down. Any contest we run is ALWAYS free.

How long do I have if I do win?
- You have 24 hours to respond by call or text and then we can schedule for you to pickup at your convenience.

If I am not local can you just mail me the prize?
- Unfortunately we cannot do that. You must be able to pick up the prize from our office in Okeechobee or we would have to choose a different winner.

Do I have to purchase anything to win or sit through some boring sales pitch?
- Nope! There are no strings attached. You simply pick up what you won and that's it. Of course if you have questions relating to real estate, we are always here to help!

Will it help my chances of winning if you are my real estate agent?
- Nope! It is a completely random drawing for the winner. There isn't any way to get "preferential" treatment.

Can I enter more than once?
- It is limited to one entry per person, 18 years of age or older.
​
Do I get spammed with emails or calls when you get my information?
- Nope! We never send emails unless you have requested them. Also, if you click "no" for can we contact you, we won't call you unless it's to tell you that you've won.

Why do you do this giveaway? You sure there's not a catch to it?
- Honestly, we just love giving back to our community. We do a couple of giveaways each year; a back to school giveaway and a Christmas giveaway.
